Helen Spackman said...: Hi Justin -- just been strumming through the website, great to see you keeping up the time-honoured artistic tradition of turning shit into dreams - there's some beautiful stuff here & in particular, i love the drawings...i wanted (but technophobe hippy that i am, failed ) to send you a blog sound clip of the salvation army playing 'somewhere over the rainbow' - i tried to run away with them when i was 4 but was found & have been lost ever since, i think it was around the same time i first experienced suspended animation, hanging upside down from a climbing frame & looking at the sun refracted through my then long & for once only sheer golden hair, body memories cling on beyond our deadened selves. you're flying honey & it's a joy to behold,

I've been looking at your Hamstrung site over the last little while. I'm really impressed.

I must admit, not being particularly arty, I was originally dubious. But the output from the visits is really interesting and there's some moving writing on there. Good stuff.
